If your exact ring is no longer available, we may substitute a similar style. Alterations or customisations, except engravings, void the warranty. Engraving on a replacement must be redone through a third party at your expense.
Scratches, wear, lost or stolen rings are not covered. Tungsten is extremely scratch-resistant. It is never scratch-proof. Even diamonds can be cut. Abuse of the warranty ends the claim. Our decision is final.

If your size changes, write to us. For as long as you own the ring, we exchange it for a new size. The original must be returned and will not be sent back.
Want to keep the original for sentiment? Buy a second ring. We do not trade in soft attachments. We trade in permanent metal.
