Need a different size or a swap? We make exchanges straightforward.
How exchanges work
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the size or piece you need.
- We’ll send a prepaid return label where available, or instructions for your region.
- Once we receive the original ring unworn and in its packaging, we despatch the replacement.
Made-to-order and custom rings may have different terms — we’ll confirm before you send anything back.
