Yes. Every ring order ships free worldwide, with tracking and signature on receipt. Once your order is despatched you will get a tracking email.

In stock: processed in 2–3 business days, then typically 3–4 days in the UK, 3–5 in Europe, or 5–7 worldwide.

Made to order: crafted in about 2–3 weeks, then the same shipping windows. Most made-to-order rings take around 4 weeks end to end. Some sizes and finishes take longer — the product page will say if a size is made to order (often 2–3 months from confirmation).

Most Rokkard rings are built to your size and finish when you order, rather than sitting on a shelf. That is why lead times are longer than fashion jewellery — and why the fit is exact. You can follow progress from your account once the order is placed.

Sometimes. Contact us before you order with the date you need. If we can meet it we will say so up front — priority work may carry a surcharge.

We build every ring to US sizes (4–15, half sizes included). On product pages you can switch the labels between US and UK — the underlying size stays the same. Average men’s size is US 10; average women’s is US 6.

Three reliable options: choose Free ring sizer on any product page and we send a sizer with your order; measure the inside diameter of a ring you already wear; or ask any jeweller for a US size. Full chart and tips are on our ring size guide.

Yes. An 8mm band often feels tighter than a slim one. If you are between sizes, go up a half size on wider widths. Measure at the end of the day when fingers are slightly larger.

You have 100 days from purchase to return an unworn ring in its original packaging for a refund. Gift cards, engraved and custom items are not returnable. Sale items generally cannot be refunded. You cover return shipping, which is deducted from the refund. Full detail is on our returns page.

No — tungsten cannot be stretched or cut down like gold. If the size is wrong, we exchange the ring instead. There is one free size exchange within 60 days of delivery, and a lifetime resizing warranty after that. Start from your account or contact us with your order number.

If your finger size changes later, contact us and we exchange your ring for the correct size for as long as you own it. The original ring is sent back to us and is not returned. If that style has been discontinued we may offer a similar substitute. See the lifetime warranty page for full terms.

If your ring cracks or breaks from accidental damage, we replace it free for life. It does not cover scratches, normal wear, loss or theft. Alterations other than engraving void the warranty. Contact info@rokkard.com to start a claim.

Tungsten carbide is one of the hardest metals used in jewellery — roughly four times harder than titanium, and second only to diamond on the Mohs scale. It holds a polish, resists everyday scratches far better than gold or silver, and keeps its shape. It is dense and permanent, which is also why it cannot be resized traditionally.
